Engineering Specialist Ann founded Herzan in 1992. She received her BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Missouri and her MBA from University of California, Irvine. Ann has over 25 years of experience in the vibration control field, including heading the Melles Griot vibration control division and working at Herz Industries in Japan. Ann oversees Herzan's engineering, production, and new product development activities. Ann's hobbies include organic gardening in her yard and hiking various trailst throughout the state. Sales & Marketing Director Reid joined Herzan in April of 2011. His primary responsibilities include sales and marketing activities, new business development and maintaining client satisfaction. Reid was born and raised in Fresno, California. He received a B.A. in Criminology and Political Science from UC Irvine. Reid’s hobbies include playing poker and rooting for the San Francisco 49ers. Paralleling his duties at Herzan, Reid is attending higher education to further his knowlege and experience in Marketing and Corporate Analytical Research. Office Administrator Andrea joined Herzan in August of 2010. She is responsible for Herzan’s administrative duties, including shipping and receiving, billing and accounts payable, and human resources. Andrea earned a BA in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara and is Semi-Fluent in three diverse languages--Slavic, French and English. She is currently pursuing a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cal State Long Beach. Andrea’s hobbies include reading engaging literature and traveling to locations she hasn't previously been. Production Manager Cory joined Herzan in May of 2011. He is in charge of production for Herzan products and fabrication of custom parts. Originally from San Luis Obispo, Cory first started welding at 11 years old. He has a background in fabrication of iron work and street bikes. Cory’s hobbies include wakeboarding and mountain biking. Product Development Engineer Sriram joined Herzan in July of 2012 upon graduating from North Carolina State University, receiving his Masters in Mechanical Engineering, with an emphasis in vibration and acoustical analysis. Sriram was born and raised in India, where he came to the United States to pursue his higher education in mechanical engineering. Sriram is in charge of product analysis, testing, design and modeling. Sriram's hobbies are playing the electrical guitar, adventuring outdoors and reading.  Tim Rather Production Specialist Tim joined Herzan in November of 2012 as Herzan's latest production specialist. He is involved in the assembly of Herzan manufactured systems and focuses on quality control. Tim's primary responsibilities include enhancing the quality of Herzan products and ensuring the assembly of Herzan systems are timely. Production Assistant Rainy has worked closely with Herzan over the years; offering her production capabilities and wharehouse management. She has a good eye for making sure Herzan products have a high quality finish to them. Originally from Big Bear Lake, California, Rainy enjoys spending time with animals and playing World of Warcraft.
Security
Jack joined Herzan in November 2010. He is in charge of security at Herzan and also serves as the company mascot. Jack's hobbies include going for walks and chewing on stuff. Do not send Jack an e-mail. |
