Comprehensive Vibration Characterization Across All Three Axis. The vibration analysis system (VA-2) is a system with a remote measurement head allowing easy measurement of acceleration, velocity or displacement in three orthogonal directions. The multiplexed output allows simultaneous display of all three axes on an oscilloscope. In addition to this feature, each axis may be separately read as well. The forst feature is very useful for identifying vibration modes - frequency, direction and amplitude (can all be inferred from the display).
