From the first moment someone contacts us, we work with them to provide the best solution for their particular goals. We strive to understand each customer’s specific application, environment, and decision criteria. Then we offer a range of solutions to address their needs. We also offer on-site product demonstrations so customers can try before they buy. 

           

We offer advice to make informed decisions without pushing products. Sometimes another company’s product is more appropriate and, in those cases, we will recommend that solution instead. Why? Because we value our relationships with our customers and trust is the basis for all successful relationships.

           

At the end of the consultative process, the customer will have a solution which makes them happy…which makes us happy!

We offer a satisfaction guarantee with all of our standard products. This means that if you are unhappy with your product FOR ANY REASON, you can return it for a full refund. Sometimes it is difficult to Diagnose a Noise Issue and Choose an Isolation System, so we want our customers to be able to buy with confidence.

 

It’s hard to guarantee satisfaction without offering a satisfaction guarantee!

  


 

PRODUCT EVALUATION POLICY

Finding an appropriate isolation system can be a difficult process.  It requires understanding the sensitivities of your instrument, the vulnerability of your particular application, and the type and level of noise in your environment.  The only surefire way to know if an isolation system will work for you is to try it in your environment, with your instrument.  With this in mind, we are eager to facilitate on-site demonstrations of our systems.  We have a liberal demo policy and usually have demonstration systems in stock to enable a quick and easy product evaluation.  This way, prospective customers can buy a system with a high degree of confidence that it will solve their issues.

STANDARD  1-YEAR WARRANTY

Nobody is perfect, sometimes things go wrong. What matters is how you respond when that happens. All Herzan products come with a one-year warrantee which covers parts and labor. When you contact us for a warrantee repair, we won’t make you jump through hoops to get the issue resolved. We focus on what’s important: getting your system back up and running.

           

We stand by the quality of our products, so it just makes sense.

 

 

 

EXTENDED WARRANTY PROGRAM

The lifetime and operation of any given product typically doesn't expire after one year. Standard warranty programs are helpful and comprehensive during their duration, but do not commonly stem the lifespan of the product's full use. To provide security and assurance knowing his or her product is covered, Herzan is offering instrument specialists the opportunity to purchase Extended Warranty Packages so they can now freely take measurements without worry. These packages provide a range of coverage, dependent upon what level of product assurance is required. With Platinum, Gold and Silver packages available, Herzan's Extended Warranty Program allows instrument specialists to not wait for extensive repairs or be muddled with high cost replacement parts.

We work to provide appropriate solutions. Our customers form a wide range of expertise and experience.  If someone has a technical question, we’ll go into as much detail as needed to answer it. If a repair is needed, we offer a range of solutions. We can send repair items to the customer, have them return the system for repair in-house, or visit their location. We tailor our response to the needs of the particular customer.

           

We focus on providing complete solutions. We want to provide you with a repair that can stand the test of time, not a temporary fix. No one likes to re-visit an issue after only a few months. Sometimes it takes a little extra effort to get the job done right, but that is the only way we know how to do it.
