CUSTOM INTEGRATED SUPPORT STANDS
Herzan understands not all labs are created equally. Cleanroom environments have strict requirements when performing nano-scale research. Most Mechanical instruments are not designed to specifically support cleanroom setups, which make it difficult for researchers to perform their measurements accurately. Herzan differentiates itself from other companies in the nanoresearch field by providing customers the opporunity to meet the strict requirements of cleanroom setups, while maintaining optimal performance that the industry has known Herzan to provide.
This cleanroom setup that includes a custom designed platform and AVI-400 modules with mounting plates, was designed for DCG Systems and their nProber System coupled with a Zeiss Scanning Electron Microscope. The coupling of the two systems helped perform Electrical Failure Analysis for IBM.
