Ann Scanlan | 

Technical Director / President / Founder

Ann founded Herzan in 1992 in Orange County, California. She received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri and her MBA from the Merage School of Business at UC Irvine. Ann has over 25 years experience in the field of vibration control, including leading the Melles Griot vibration control division and working at Herz Co. LTD. Ann oversees Herzan’s engineering and new product development activities. Ann’s hobbies include truffle farming, beekeeping, sailing, and spending time with family (especially her granddaughter).

Reid Whitney  | 

Vice President

Reid joined Herzan in April of 2011 as the Director of Sales and Marketing and has since been  elevated to the position of Vice president in 2017. Reid is responsible for Herzan’s strategic planning, business development, and employee management. During his time at Herzan, Reid received his MBA at UC Irvine, focused on Product Management and Marketing Strategy. Reid’s hobbies include watching the 49ers play on Sundays, listening to technical podcasts about new technologies, and spending time with his wife and daughter.

Cory Roush  | 

Production & Quality Control Manager / Product Designer

Cory joined Herzan in May of 2011 as the Production and Quality Control Manager. He is in charge of leading production for Herzan products and ensuring all products delivered to customers meet Herzan’s standard of excellence. Prior to joining Herzan, Cory worked on high-performance street bikes as a welder and fabricator in San Luis Obispo, California (his hometown). Cory enjoys spending time with his family and sharing his love of outdoor activities with his daughter.

Tabatha Jacobson  | 

Sales and Operations Coordinator

Tabatha joined Herzan in December of 2017 as Herzan’s Operations Coordinator. Tabatha’s primary responsibilities include managing Herzan’s supply chain to deliver products on time, negotiating with vendors to sustain product pricing, and communicating with customers to ensure top customer satisfaction. Tabatha enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and listing to her husband play music at festivals.

Roger Kimeklis  |

Software Systems Architect / Developer

Roger joined Herzan in November of 2016 to lead the ongoing development of the WaveCatcher software. Roger brings to Herzan over 25 years experience supporting complex software development projects, including turbine engine monitoring systems and high-volume, front office applications. Roger’s role at Herzan is to elevate the WaveCatcher software to improve the customer experience and enhance the software feature set. Roger enjoys flying, pistol shooting, and snowmobiling in the Canadian Rockies.

Accountant / Bookkeeper

Kris joined Herzan in May of 2013 as the accountant and bookkeeper. She is responsible for Herzan’s administrative and financial duties including accounts payable, payroll, banking, and human resources. Kris became an Enrolled Agent (a federally licensed tax specialist) in 2002 and has worked in the accounting industry for over 20 years. She is currently pursuing a degree in culinary arts at Orange Coast College on a part time Basis. Kris’ enjoys volunteering at her local animal shelter and entering local BBQ competitions with her husband.

Henoch Perez  | 

Production Assistant / Quality Control Specialist

Henoch Perez joined Herzan in December of 2018. He is responsible for Herzan’s production and quality assurance duties, focusing on optimizing the production process and delivering a high quality product and experience to customers. Henoch enjoys listening to a wide range of music, creating his own music through multiple artistic avenues, and enjoying time with family and friends.

Chief of Security

Jack joined Herzan in November of 2010 as the chief security pooch. He is in charge of protecting Herzan HQ and bringing smiles to everyone at the office. Jack enjoys going for walks and chewing on stuff.
